The First International Beagle/Terrier Fest

Held in Orinda, California, on June 30, 2002

Why international, do you ask? (You do ask, don't you?) Because most of our Beagle Fests are held regionally, for beagles. This one was held regionally for beagles and terriers—and a cockapoo—and featured visitors from India. We shared our dogs with the parents of our host, Vivek Subramanian, who came to celebrate beagles, terriers, and their grandson's first birthday.

Yvette Subramanian is a member of Arooooo! and got everyone else into this. We all had a great time.

Behind the digital cameras were Yvette, Wayne Fiori, Dick Goodman, and Mimi Kahn. Also there were Meg Azevedo, Elizabeth Kontur, and a neighbor named Karen with her 17-year-old cockapoo.

Enjoy!
